The one-pager
- Format
- Solo fingerstyle guitar, instrumental. Duo or trio on request.
- Sound
- Own PA to ~300 guests, wireless guitar, spare mic for your MC. Can plug into house AV.
- Setup
- 45 minutes. Needs one 15A outlet and a 2m x 2m spot, or none if roving.
- Sets
- 2 to 3 hours in sets, or continuous roving. Set times to suit your run sheet.
- Rate
- From $700+GST. Typical reception $1000+GST all in, Greater Vancouver.
- Admin
- One contract, invoice same week, reply within 24 to 48 business hours.

A 2 to 3 hour reception, dinner, or holiday party is around $1000+GST all in: travel in Greater Vancouver, PA, wireless, and setup. Shorter welcome sets and smaller events start around $700. Send me the date, venue, and time window and you'll have one number back within 48 hours.
Yes. A PA that covers rooms up to about 300 guests, a wireless rig so I can move through the room, and a mic if your MC needs one. Your AV team doesn't need to do anything, though I'm happy to plug into house sound if you'd rather.
45 minutes. I arrive early, sound check quietly, and I'm playing before the first guest walks in.
Instrumental pop, R&B, jazz, and soul on fingerstyle guitar. Recognizable songs people hum along to, at a volume that still lets them talk. For holiday parties I add a set of Christmas arrangements.
Often. I play more than 250 events a year, so my calendar is busy, but a week's notice is usually fine outside of December. Ask, and I'll tell you straight if the date's gone.
All the time. One contract, a clear tech list, I handle my own setup, and I reply to emails within 24 to 48 business hours. If you need an invoice for your client, you'll have it the same week.
Yes. Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley are included in the rate. Whistler, the Island, and the Okanagan are a travel add-on.
